The Sanbornton Historic District Commission on April 13 approved an application by Caitlin Corbett and Dennis Beliveau to replace an existing one-stall garage/shed at 49 Tower Hill Road with a two-stall garage.
The applicants presented final drawings and color swatches showing yellow and green finishes. The commission noted the new garage will match the house’s color, use architectural shingles on the roof to match the house, feature six-over-six windows on the upper level and single windows on the first floor, and have green doors with vertical batten siding.
Commissioner Nina Gardner moved to approve the application as presented; Selectman Brandon Deacon seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
The commission took no additional conditions beyond the materials and color match discussed at the meeting. No public comment or opposing testimony was recorded. The meeting adjourned at 7:44 p.m.
