Alexandria council approves 4 extra weekly hours for deputy clerk; estimated $4,500 annual cost

Councilman Lyle Simpson moved to approve the additional hours; Councilman Mitch Peters seconded. The motion passed on a roll-call vote with all council members voting yes.
Next step: the deputy clerk schedule will be adjusted to reflect the additional hours; council did not attach further conditions to the approval at the meeting.
