Big Bear City CSD updates fees, deposits and charges for FY 2026/27

At its June 15 meeting the Big Bear City Community Services District Board approved the District Fee, Deposit and Charge Schedule for FY 2026/2027. Administrative Department Manager Kaylyn Johnson told the Board the schedule establishes operational service fees and that water, solid waste, development, connection and deposit fees are set in accordance with the District’s Code of Regulations.
Staff described the adoption as the District’s routine annual step to set fees and deposits for the coming fiscal year. The Board voted unanimously to approve the updated schedule.
The updated fee schedule will guide charges for service and development-related fees in FY 2026/2027; the District did not receive public comment on the item at the meeting.
