Residents urge council to address winter plowing hazards, Zoom access and delayed minutes

"It's just in the way the roads were ended...as soon as the plow hits it, it's just gonna tear the pavement up," the resident said, urging the council to note the area for future planning.
Second, multiple speakers described problems with Zoom after a platform update: meeting IDs and recurring meeting links were disappearing or changing, forcing staff and participants to recreate meetings and post new passcodes. The resident said the meeting link "was here 2 hours ago when I logged on and uploaded videos, and then it was just gone when I got here." Council members asked staff to investigate how to stabilize virtual access.
Third, speakers complained that minutes and agendas are often posted very close to meetings, limiting public notice. One commenter said minutes are sometimes not available until the Friday before the next meeting; the clerk (speaker 2) explained changes in publication requirements and where minutes are posted online.
Council response: members acknowledged the concerns and asked staff to review the bridge/road condition, investigate the Zoom account/recurring meeting settings, and review minutes-publication timing and procedures.
The council moved on to regular agenda business after public comment.
