The Salisbury Zoning Board of Adjustment approved its draft minutes from Oct. 9, 2025, and elected its leadership at a meeting on April 9, 2026, at Academy Hall.
John Bentley moved to approve the minutes; Vice Chair Gary Lemay seconded the motion, which the board passed with none opposed. During the same session, Gary Lemay nominated John Bentley for chair; the nomination, seconded by Gary Williams, passed with no opposition. Gary Williams then nominated Gary Lemay for vice chair; John Bentley seconded and the nomination passed with none opposed.
The board’s roll call listed John Bentley (chair) and Gary Lemay (vice chair) and member Gary Williams as present; David Hostetler and Jocelyn Henry were recorded as absent. Recording Secretary Sam Wasil attended; Town Administrator April Rollins was absent. Two members of the public attended in person; there were no Zoom participants. The meeting opened at 7:04 p.m. and adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
