Village Park Phase II work nears completion; PARC schedules Movie in the Park for June 20

Council Member Mark Baker reported that the PARC Committee will host the first Movie in the Park of the year on June 20, 2025 at 8:30 p.m.; the film will be Moana 2 and refreshments will be provided by the PARC Committee.
No formal motions were recorded to change project scope or funding during the update; the minutes reference attachments for the park project progress. Any decision to epoxy-coat concrete or add plantings would be a further action requiring direction or a motion at a future meeting.
