The council listed these as public hearings for Dec. 16 so members of the public may comment formally. The items will be considered at the Dec. 16 meeting with the supporting staff reports and Planning Board recommendations, and any public testimony taken at that hearing will be included in the official record.
If adopted, Z‑24‑08 would create a temporary‑use pathway for RV/camper placement in residential districts; Z‑24‑09 would permit a narrowly scoped home‑occupation business model (single‑operator dog grooming) restricted to the primary residence; and Z‑24‑10 would add a specific safety standard for wet ponds requiring fencing.
