After a second-reading public hearing on Nov. 12, the Three Forks City Council approved Ordinance #403-2024, which amends Title 7, Chapter 2, Section 15 governing school-area parking restrictions.
Mayor Randy Johnston offered to read the ordinance in full; no one requested a re-reading and the council proceeded to vote. Councilman Garret Buchanan moved to adopt Ordinance #403-2024; Councilman Ed Tharp seconded. There was no public comment. The motion passed 5–0.
The minutes record that Councilmembers had no additional comments during the hearing. The ordinance was adopted at the meeting and will take effect according to the schedule and procedures set forth in city code.
