Council approves consent agenda and multiple zoning requests

- Z26-13: Rezone from agricultural to Single-Family 4 for a parcel in the Hidden Hills area (staff and planning commission recommended approval). - Z26-14: Rezone from general retail to Heavy Commercial on Eastman Road to allow the sale of manufactured housing (applicant Jared Guerra introduced himself; staff recommended approval). - S26-04: Specific-use permit to allow a restaurant with on-site alcohol consumption in a general retail district (staff recommended approval). - PD26-02: Planned development rezoning of the former CBS property to allow heavy-commercial uses with limitations negotiated after a neighborhood meeting (staff recommended approval).
Each zoning item carried on voice votes with no recorded opposition.
