Apex infrastructure subcommittee outlines CIP priorities, grant support and safety work

No formal committee vote or ordinance change occurred in the meeting; members were reminded that a public forum on the overall comprehensive plan (including transportation) will be held in the fall and were encouraged to attend and provide feedback.
