Three Forks council approves $124,498.76 draw for water distribution project and several routine claims

The Three Forks City Council unanimously approved its consent agenda on Dec. 9, authorizing multiple claims and project draw payments.
The consent agenda included: a $215.25 claim to mail utility bills; routine Rodeo Arena Board claims; a service agreement with TnT Electrical to perform electrical work for the Fire Hall addition (not to exceed $21,000); Draw Packet #37 for the Water Distribution Project in the amount of $124,498.76, funded in part by ARPA Minimum Allocation Grant #21 ($40,926.69) and MCEP #6 ($83,572.07); and Draw #7 for the Jefferson River Flood Mitigation Project to reimburse city expenses in the amount of $17,021.45.
Councilman Garret Buchanan moved to approve the consent agenda; Councilwomen Roxi McDermott and Reagan Hooton seconded. There were no public questions or comments, and the motion passed unanimously.
City Clerk Crystal Turner will process the approved claims and payments. The authorization allows project contractors and the city to draw upon the specified grant and local funds for ongoing construction and reimbursement needs.
