The Albany Selectmen reviewed and denied a request to dismiss a parking ticket at the Aug. 13 meeting.
The Town Administrator said she had reached out to the deputy, who provided photo evidence of the alleged infraction. "He did provide photo evidence of the infraction, and it's pretty obvious," the Town Administrator said.
A Committee member moved to deny the request to dismiss the ticket; the Chair seconded and the Selectmen voted in favor of denying the dismissal. The Town Administrator said she would send the letter and an explanation to the requester.
The board did not discuss alternative remedies or monetary amounts tied to the citation during the meeting.
