Hawthorne council adopts three ordinances on pay, body-camera fees and utility shutoffs

Ordinance 23-94-26 modifies the delinquency period before municipal utility service can be shut off. Council members said the change "gives people more time before we cut it off," and the ordinance passed on roll call.
