Later, S2 moved to approve the consent file in its entirety, which Chair seconded and the board approved. S2 then moved that meetings be streamed directly to YouTube using the town's website; the Chair seconded and the board approved that motion by voice vote.
The manfiests presented for signature covered payroll and accounts payable dated July 1 and July 8, 2025; the manifest amounts discussed were $2,526.34 and $7,303.48. The board also noted several administrative items on the consent agenda, including a PA-28 inventory of taxable property form for 2026 from the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration and a supplemental PA-7 notice of intent to cut wood or timber, operation number 25-003-04-T.
The board did not attach a timetable in the meeting for how long recorded videos will remain available; the staff member said counsel's guidance had been shared and that recordings may be taken down and destroyed per that advice. The Selectmen discussed modest camera reconfiguration to improve visibility for remote viewers and asked staff to make technical adjustments for future meetings.
The Selectmen did not vote on any ordinance or fiscal appropriation beyond signing the presented manifests. The board scheduled routine follow-ups and noted the Planning Board's upcoming July 14 meeting for a separate lot-merger public hearing.
