A board representative explained the registry will not record a plan without a surveyor’s seal and the meets‑and‑bounds information. The change is technical: “there’s no substantive changes — it is merely adding in the meets and bounds to the lot that was merged,” the chair, Sean Wadsworth, said.
Because the physical mylar was not available at the meeting, the board voted to approve the plan as presented and the chair said he could sign the mylar out of session once it is delivered. The applicant’s representative (Miss Gruden) confirmed the mylar will be dropped off with the town administrator and then passed to the chair for signature.
The board recorded the motion, and members responded “Aye,” with the chair confirming he will sign and forward the signed plan for recording with the registry of deeds when the mylar is provided.
Next steps: the chair will sign the mylar when it is delivered and staff will lodge the signed plan with the registry for recording.
