The Town of Bartlett Planning Board met Jan. 5 and took several procedural actions on land‑use applications.
The board voted unanimously to accept the voluntary lot‑merger application from Hannah Spector (Tax Map 5STLNG lots F2 and F3) with an added motion that the existing F1 easement remain in effect; the motion was made by David Shedd and seconded by David Patch. The board also heard a boundary‑line adjustment presented by Andy Fisher for Brian and Lucy Eling (Tax Map 1SKYVW Parcels 28, 29 and KHN‑1). The Eling filing, which reallocates roughly 0.10 acres and 1.19 acres among those parcels, was accepted by motion of David Patch, seconded by Vicki Garland; the board then continued that item to the Feb. 2, 2026 meeting for plan corrections and additional review.
The board reviewed a construction update for Jason Brown's project and paused active work for the winter; it voted unanimously to continue that application to Feb. 2, 2026. The board also unanimously continued the AMSCO subdivision in Stillings Grant and the Cedarcroft Farm LLC 33‑unit PUD to Feb. 2, 2026 pending revised plans and state agency responses.
Administrative business: the board unanimously approved the Dec. 1, 2025 minutes (motion by David Patch; second by Vicki Garland), noted the secretary's planned vacation Feb. 4–13, 2026, discussed a new Planning Board email (planningboard@townofbartlett.nh.gov) and reviewed member term expirations. Chair Scott Grant announced the Jan. 20 working session was cancelled; the next public session is Feb. 2, 2026. The meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m. (motion by Joe Heuston; second by Vicki Garland).
