Board approves minor lot‑line adjustment for Eling properties

The Bartlett Planning Board on Feb. 2 approved a minor lot‑line adjustment for property owners Brian and Lucy Eling (Tax Map 1SKYVW, Parcels 28, 29 and KHN‑1).
Surveyor Andy Fisher told the board by email that a Mylar and slightly revised plans had been delivered and that the only change was a text edit on one lot. The adjustment transfers approximately 0.10 acres from lot 29 to lot 28 and 1.19 acres from parcel KHN‑1 to lot 29; the change will not create a new lot of record.
David Shedd moved to approve the application; Vicki Garland seconded and the vote was unanimous.
