The Bartlett Planning Board on Feb. 2 continued review of Cedarcroft Farm LLC's application to subdivide properties on Tax Map 1THORN into a 33‑unit planned unit development.
Surveyor Andy Fisher told the board by email that his team was "still working with HEB on a possible revision to the Turn Lane design" and that there was nothing new to report. Board members asked whether work would encroach on the Pear Mountain right‑of‑way, whether ledge conditions would complicate construction, and how much disturbance the project would cause. Fisher said plans aim to disturb as little as possible.
The board voted unanimously to continue the application to the March 2, 2026 meeting to allow time for design refinements and further coordination with HEB and town reviewers.
