The board also noted procedural items tied to the application. Chair said edits in the submitted correspondence included grammatical and spelling changes and that redlined items would alter which signatures appear on official forms, specifically citing the recording secretary and the chair. A staff member added that some documents are recorded (referred to as a "MILR" in the meeting) and that staff would follow up with the town manager and provide paperwork as needed.
During announcements, the staff member initially referenced May 17 for the next appearance, but Chair corrected the record to say the public hearing will be continued on 04/17/2025 and that the session will be held at the booster club. Chair said questions submitted in advance are being directed to the appropriate offices and "will also be answered at that time" at the continuance.
The board postponed finalizing the March 23 minutes because the meeting was a study log and remains under preparation; Chair said a board member, Linda, is working to complete those minutes.
