The council did not take a separate binding fiscal vote on the pavilion work at the meeting; staff was directed to refine scopes and pricing and to schedule repairs to minimize impact on Saturday market events.
The council asked staff to consider material choices that will resist wind damage (previous metal sign sheared off) and to keep a consistent appearance with other town signage.
