The meeting concluded with a consolidated list of action items: Mike Morin will contact Tin Mountain about shoreland outreach and research marker materials; Steve Frackleton will ask the Kennett shop class about kiosk construction labor; Chris Fithian will finalize the kiosk proposal for Select Board review; and the commission will develop a boundary‑delineation plan for the Stillings Grant easement. No bids or contracts were approved at the meeting.
The commission adjourned at 7:15 p.m. and scheduled its next meeting for Dec. 2 at 6 p.m.
