The Town of Lowell Board approved a tax settlement payment of $548,766.91 and authorized payment of town bills totaling $64,882.85. Supervisor Greg Caine moved for approval and Chairman John Schmitt seconded; the minutes record each motion as carried.
Treasurer Marty Stanton reported December 2025 income of $646,243.81 from real estate taxes and year-to-date 2025 receipts of $2,129,341.54. The town also received highway aid in January 2026.
The board approved a transfer of $548,766.91 from account #867 to account #028 to complete the settlement. No additional budget amendments or line-item details were included in the minutes.
