Town of Lowell approves Gingerich farmette, tables two other farmette applications pending bond and conditions

The motion included conditions requiring a $5,000 bond to be presented at the Feb. 10 meeting and held by the Town until Barbara Caine Lane is completed by a July 15, 2026 deadline. The record shows Supervisor Greg Caine abstained from that vote; minutes record the motion as carried.
The application for Jeff Kreuziger was also tabled to the Feb. 10 meeting.
