Clerk Kim Mann told the Town of Lowell board that the Village of Reeseville board passed Resolution 2025-02 at its Aug. 14, 2025 meeting to annex parcel #032-1014-2812-007 from the Town of Lowell into the village.
Mann said she received a copy of the village resolution and the village minutes (from Margaret) and will keep them in the town's records. The town meeting minutes do not record any formal objection or action by the Town of Lowell board in response to the village's annexation resolution.
