The board reconvened in open session at 8:09 p.m. and then adjourned; the minutes record no public actions taken as a result of the closed session.
The motion to enter closed session was made by Trustee Morgan Place and seconded by Trustee Rebecca Coley; the motion to reconvene was made by Trustee Rebecca Coley and seconded by Trustee Morgan Place. The meeting adjourned at 8:09 p.m.
