The Village of Lyndon Station board approved an amended engineering agreement with Davy Engineering for the village’s wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project at a special meeting on Feb. 19, 2026.
Trustee Rebecca Coley moved to approve the amended engineering agreement contingent on "RD Approval," and Trustee Morgan Place seconded the motion. The board voted to carry the motion unanimously.
Tim Stockman of Davy Engineering provided an overview of the changes that the amendment would make to the engineering agreement. The minutes record Stockman as giving the summary of necessary edits but do not detail the technical changes in the agreement.
The meeting was called to order by President Darnell at 5:30 p.m. and adjourned at 5:45 p.m. Michelle L. Klein, village clerk/treasurer, recorded the minutes.
