Lyndon Station board asks clerk to revise live-entertainment ordinance to remove fee, extend weekend hours

Trustees also asked that permitted hours on Fridays and Saturdays be extended from 10:00 p.m. to midnight and that allowed hours Sunday through Thursday be changed from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Klein was directed to prepare the updated ordinance for the board's next review.
No vote adopting the ordinance was taken at the Feb. 9 meeting; the item remains pending staff revision and future board action.
