The Lyndon Station Village Board reviewed proposed Ordinance No. 01-2026 concerning live entertainment and directed the clerk to make specific revisions and return the ordinance for further consideration.
The board requested removing the fee provision from the draft ordinance. Trustees also asked that permitted hours on Fridays and Saturdays be extended from 10:00 p.m. to midnight and that allowed hours Sunday through Thursday be changed from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Klein was directed to prepare the updated ordinance for the board's next review.
No vote adopting the ordinance was taken at the Feb. 9 meeting; the item remains pending staff revision and future board action.
