Trustees voted March 9 to adopt Ordinance No. 01-2026 concerning live entertainment in the Village of Lyndon Station, contingent on approval by the village attorney. Trustee Rebecca Coley moved the ordinance and Trustee Morgan Place seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
At the same meeting the board approved liquor, beer and cigarette licenses for Muman Bros. WI LLC. The board also approved operator’s licenses for Julie Davis and for Alexandria Sleddens. Each licensing motion passed unanimously.
Attorney Curran’s sign-off was recorded as a condition for the ordinance to take effect. The minutes did not record the attorney’s text or any public testimony on the ordinance. The board did not state effective dates or additional regulatory details in the public minutes.
