Board member Rebecca Shrope moved to set the Fund 1 operating levy at $3.7159; Tom Motley seconded the motion, which carried 6-0. Later, Ryan Sanders moved to roll the Fund 3 debt service levy back $0.0557 from $0.4057 to $0.3500; Trula Plummer seconded and that motion also passed unanimously.
