On March 11 the Durand City Council approved Resolution 26-03 authorizing the sale of approximately $2,195,000 in General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 2026A. The resolution was offered by Council Member Travis Hooker; the motion passed on a roll call vote of 6–0 after discussion during the business agenda. The meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.; the council’s next regular meeting is scheduled for March 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
