Commissioner Adam Grassl moved and Commissioner John Hletko seconded a motion to postpone consideration of the request until Meadows provides a full title search and the City Attorney can provide a legal opinion on chain of title based on that information. The motion carried on a roll-call vote with all members present voting aye.
The postponement preserves the city’s ability to obtain a complete chain-of-title review and a formal attorney opinion before any conveyance of city land is considered.
