"The lowest bid came in at $111,179.46," Von Hock said.
Chair then entertained a motion to award the contract; Commissioner Mullins moved and Commissioner Thomas seconded. The board voted unanimously, and the motion carried 5–0.
The report did not specify the contractor's name beyond the low bid and noted the board had chosen to proceed despite bids exceeding some line‑item estimates.
