Council approves ATC easement at Grand Orchard Estates; bike-path possibility constrained by grade

The motion to approve the easement was made by Alderperson Jim Brooks, seconded by Alderperson Cory Neeley, and passed by roll call 8-0. Municipal Services Director Scott Kriebs told the council that ATC "said it would be ok to do so if the grade was not greater than 12\"." The statement frames a narrow engineering constraint that would limit where a path could be built within the easement corridor.
