Trustees urge town halls as federal and state funding outlook remains uncertain

Trustees said they would consider town-hall formats (districtwide or site-specific) once more details on allocations are available, and staff said they would share any definitive funding guidance from DPI and the state budget process. The board also discussed targeted funding concerns for multilingual learners and migrant education and asked staff to increase transparency and family engagement as budget developments become clearer.
