Richland Parish School Board approves easement, surplus sale and new superintendent evaluation forms; recognizes student and employee

The board recognized Ms. Torrionna Jackson, a Delhi Elementary School student, as the March Student of the Month and named Ms. Laquesha Harris, assistant principal at Delhi Elementary School, as the March Employee of the Month.
Rev. William Cleveland moved, and Mrs. Emily Ogden seconded, to grant a permanent easement/servitude on a parish parcel located at T17N-R83 to the Town of Delhi; the motion passed with all members present voting in favor. Mr. Reed Trisler moved, seconded by Mrs. Linda Jones, to approve the surplus sale of maintenance department RES playground equipment; that motion also carried unanimously among members present.
Dr. Georgia Ineichen moved, and Mrs. Linda Jones seconded, to adopt three RPSB superintendent evaluation forms: Form 700A (Superintendent Self Evaluation, new), Form 700B (Superintendent Observation/Evaluation, revised) and Form 700C (Superintendent Pre-Evaluation, new). The board recorded the vote as unanimous among members present.
