Several community members raised a request about a summer autocross event and the board discussed outreach to the chamber of commerce.
Pam Gualtieri, Sandra Martin, Todd Martin and Chuck Bartlett visited with the board, and Ross Dale joined by phone, to discuss changing the autocross layout planned for July. The minutes record the visitors’ request and that the board heard their concerns.
Later in the meeting the board discussed whether to join the local chamber of commerce. Chairman Dana Mann‑Tavegia said she would contact the chamber president and invite them to present benefits at the next board meeting. Chairman Mann‑Tavegia also mentioned the Wyoming High School Activities Association’s proposed name, image and likeness (NIL) policy; minutes do not record further detail or a board decision on that policy.
No formal board action on the autocross layout, chamber membership or the NIL policy is recorded in the minutes; the chairman will follow up with the chamber president for a future presentation.
