Northmoor board approves routine minutes, treasurer's report and a suite of administrative items

At its Feb. 4 meeting the Northmoor Board of Aldermen approved routine consent items and several administrative changes.
The board approved the Jan. 14 meeting minutes and the January 2025 treasurer's report by unanimous roll-call votes. The board also approved the business license application for Jason Davidson to operate Sign Depot, LLC at the Happy Signs property in the shopping center; Davidson introduced himself to the board prior to the vote.
Administrative approvals included authorizing Central Bank credit cards (noted as offering 3% cash back) in place of debit cards with set spending limits, directing staff to solicit bids from website developers to replace the city's outdated website, and approving cross-training of Peggy Holley for duties at the City Clerk desk with Julie Rowden to provide the training and remain as an advisor. All of these motions carried by unanimous roll call (3 ayes, 0 nays).
