Northmoor aldermen unanimously approve minutes, treasurer's report and a new business license

The Northmoor Board of Aldermen on Dec. 3 unanimously approved routine minutes, the November treasurer's report and a business license for a neighborhood computer repair business.
Alderman Joe Harris moved to approve the Nov. 5, 2024 meeting minutes; Alderman Robin Griffith seconded, and the motion passed on a 4–0 roll call. Harris then moved to approve the Nov. 26, 2024 special meeting minutes; Alderman Janeen Wright seconded and that motion also passed 4–0. Alderman Wright moved to approve the Treasurer’s Report for November 2024; Alderman Griffith seconded and the board recorded a 4–0 vote in favor.
The board approved a business license for Computer Plus LLC, owned by Dr. Solomon Reta, for a location at 2408 NW Vivion Road. The applicant presented proposed hours of operation of Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Alderman Joe Harris moved to approve the license; Alderman John Butner seconded and the motion passed on a 4–0 roll call.
None of these agenda items generated extended debate; each passed on unanimous roll calls recorded in the minutes.
The board then moved to other business, including a mayoral request regarding city investments and several planning and service updates.
