Applicant agent Gary Dayharsh said substantial upland work and some wetland disturbance are anticipated and that the team will bring engineers and soil scientists to the public hearing for a full technical presentation. The commission accepted the application and set the public hearing for October 2 so staff and the applicant can present detailed plans and environmental analyses.
No vote on a permit was taken at the September meeting; the agency will hear the full technical presentation in October.
