Planning board accepts subdivision application for Map R6 Lot 7 and schedules public hearing

At its Feb. 9 meeting the Town of Greenfield Planning Board voted 4-0-0 to accept a subdivision application for Map R6 Lot 7 as complete. George Rainier moved to accept the application and Bow Smith seconded; the board also scheduled a public hearing for 7:45 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026.

The board recorded receipt of an approved driveway permit and updated plans for applicant Alfredo Valentin; the updated plans were placed on the agenda for review that evening.

Earlier in the meeting the board approved minutes from Feb. 2 (with small textual corrections) and accepted updated minutes from Jan. 12. The Feb. 2 corrections included changing a typographical error from "ass" to "add," correcting an entry to read "Sawmill Rd," and changing a conjunction from "and" to "nor." The Feb. 2 minutes were approved as amended on a 4-0-0 vote (moved by George Rainier, seconded by Nick Zotto). The Jan. 12 minutes were approved 4-0-0 (moved by Bow Smith, seconded by George Rainier).
