Epping commission approves three tax abatements; Lamprey Village Drive seeks future water connection

Administrator Dennis Koch requested three tax abatements at the May 5 meeting: $198.48 for 116 Railroad Ave, $130.00 for 41 Church Street, and $314.32 for 1 Amber Way. Commissioner Mike Fecteau moved to approve the abatements; Commissioner Tom Dwyer seconded. The motion carried, 2–0.
Koch also reported that Lamprey Village Drive would like to connect to town water when water access is available and that the neighborhood is upgrading its distribution system in the meantime. The minutes record that Lucky Fortune is moving forward with a new sewer line.
Town Administrator Jake Roger told the commission that a solar field installation will start in June. Commissioner Fecteau moved to adjourn the meeting at 3:05 p.m.; Commissioner Dwyer seconded and the motion carried, 2–0.
