Stephenson Memorial Library trustees approve minutes, fund signage and seal nonpublic minutes

The board approved a small transfer proposed by Ella Cademartori, library director, to give the remaining $37.52 in the food pantry account to the Friends of the Library. Andra Hall moved to authorize the transfer; Bailey Sweet seconded and the motion passed.
Trustees also approved purchasing lawn signs to promote upcoming programs (Mother's Day Tea, Holiday Store, craft-supply swap and Children's Day). The signs will be funded with $248 from the Trustee Fund and $200 from the library's Marketing allocation; Andra Hall moved the purchase, Bailey Sweet seconded, and the motion passed.
The board adjourned open session at 8:34 p.m. and entered a nonpublic session at 8:36 p.m. under RSA 91-A:3 II (a, c). The nonpublic session ended at 9:33 p.m.; the trustees then voted to seal the nonpublic minutes (motion by Andra Hall, seconded by Bailey Sweet). The board adjourned at 9:34 p.m. and scheduled its next meeting for March 16 at 7 p.m. in the Reading Room of the Stephenson Memorial Library.
