Greenland selects Advanced Paving and Indus for 2026 road work; total paving bid under $540,000

Paul Stanley moved to approve Advanced Paving for road work and paving at an amount not to exceed $538,546.50, and to require Board authorization for any work exceeding that amount; Zack Pike seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Stanley also moved to approve Indus for seal coating at an amount not to exceed $22,775 with the same proviso for additional work; the motion passed unanimously.
Board members and staff discussed the scope of work (including milling and crack sealing), the importance of scheduling projects early to secure vendor availability, procedures for notifying residents, and maintaining a prioritized master list of roads so the planned work can adapt if conditions change.
Next steps: Contracts will be executed with the selected vendors and staff will begin resident notification and scheduling.
