Lancaster aldermen approve new billing software including QuickBooks in 2-1 vote

The board did not record additional conditions or a procurement timetable in the minutes. The vote follows ongoing efforts by clerk’s staff to modernize online reporting and customer service tools; Police Chief James Berry had earlier suggested adding online forms for animal and other complaints.
