At its May 19 meeting the Sanbornton Library Board of Trustees approved a revised artificial-intelligence policy with agreed edits, recorded that the new roof on the library addition has been installed, and accepted several donations and unanticipated funds.

The board also accepted a $2,500 donation made in the name of Charlotte Ann Silvia (motion by Grace Olson, seconded by Barbara Whetstone, PUNA) and acknowledged receipt of a donated Rebecca Rule book from the Harmony Grange.
The AI policy was approved with changes on a motion by Barbara Whetstone, seconded by Sarah Fox; the minutes record approval but do not transcribe the specific edits. Trustees also agreed to close the library at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 3 so staff can receive their full holiday benefit with the July 4 holiday falling on a Saturday.
