After closing the public hearing, Chairman Andy Sanborn asked for a motion; Tom Lynch moved to amend the subdivision regulations with the incorporated changes, Brandon Deacon seconded, and the motion passed 5-0-0.
Laurin then reviewed edits to the subdivision application form. Carter told the board he's seen a town-wide problem of forms lacking identifiers and recommended adding an original creation date, a revision date, and adopting a municipal form-numbering system to improve public access. The board voted to accept the application form with those amendments.
