On a motion by Chair Bob Schultz seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, the board voted unanimously to approve My AV‑Tech LLC Estimates 24150 and 24151 for a total of $105,000. Discussion referenced a $150,000 traffic‑calming allocation in the long‑term plan and a suggestion that the homeowners association assume ongoing cloud device costs offset by covenant fine revenues collected by PSGRC.
