River Ridge CDD adopts FY 2024/2025 budget after minor corrections

On a motion by Assistant Secretary Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Assistant Secretary Robert Twombly, the Board opened and closed the public hearing — no property owners spoke — and approved the budget as amended to correct the identified scrivener issues, including clarifying the “Street sweeping” description on Page 2.
The adopted resolution authorizes budget amendments and provides an effective date. The Board did not provide dollar totals or line-item changes in the meeting record; those figures were not specified in the minutes. The District Manager and staff will reflect the approved corrections in the final budget document.
The Board adopted the budget during the regular meeting; the district’s next meeting is scheduled for Sept. 4, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.
