River Ridge CDD elects officers; Resolution 2025-02 adopted

On the motion of Supervisor Terry Mountford, seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, the board approved the slate naming Bob Schultz as chair, Terry Mountford as vice chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. The resolution notes prior appointments remain unchanged: Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary, Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer, and Jeff Pinder as assistant treasurer.
The action formalizes leadership for the board as the district prepares work and budget items for the coming year. No alternate nominations were made during the meeting.
