Chief Fiscal Officer Deborah Morgan presented appropriation amendments that had been discussed at the previous Combined Council Committees meeting. Council President Randy Wolf moved to direct Village Solicitor Wesley K. Untied to draft the appropriation-amendment legislation as presented; Porter seconded. The motion passed on a unanimous roll call vote.
